Drop adjustment layers and colour mattes over your clips with a single click, including transition layers straight onto your cuts. No more creating an item then dragging it across from the Project panel.

What's inside
Adjustment layer over your clip
Select a clip, click Adjustment, and Stack drops an adjustment layer over it on the track above, matched to the clip. No New Item dialog, no dragging from the Project panel.
Apply an effect on creation
Pick a default effect from the panel menu, any native Premiere effect, or one of your own saved presets, and Stack applies it to every adjustment layer the moment it's created, with no diving into the Effects panel afterwards. Native effects and your presets rebuild through Premiere's extension API; a few preset extras don't carry over: masks, Lumetri wheels and curves, keyframed colours, transition presets, and custom keyframe easing.
Transition layers on every cut
Shift-click with a run of clips selected and Stack drops a short layer centred on each cut between them, perfect for transition adjustment layers or colour mattes. Works whether your clips are on one track or staircased across several.
Smart track placement
Each transition layer lands on the track just above the clips it's straddling, not piled on the top track, so your timeline stays readable.
Set your default length
Pick the default length for playhead and transition layers from the panel menu, 1, 2, 3 frames for tight transitions, or any custom frame count. It's remembered between sessions.
Pick your label colour
Choose the colour new adjustment layers and mattes are created with, from all 16 of Premiere's colours, so you can scan your timeline at a glance.
Horizontal or vertical
Flip the panel to a stacked vertical strip from the flyout menu, whichever way suits your workspace.
Docks anywhere, matches your theme
Dock it wherever suits your workflow, and it now matches your Premiere theme so it blends straight in. Reopen the panel after switching themes to re-match.
