License

When you buy a product here, you are buying a single-user licence to use it, not ownership of the software itself. The tool remains the intellectual property of Rhys Obasi. The licence is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared.

What you can do

• Use the tool in your own work, both personal and commercial projects.
• Install it on the computers that you personally use.
• Use it on an unlimited number of your own projects, for as long as you like.

What you can't do

You may not, in whole or in part:

• Share, send, give away, resell, sub-license, rent or lend the product or its files to anyone else.
• Upload, post or distribute it anywhere, including websites, forums, cloud drives, file-sharing services, torrents or marketplaces.
• Bundle it into, or distribute it as part of, another product, template, course or toolkit.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of any compiled component, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, authorship or licensing notices.

In short: one purchase covers one person. If a colleague, friend or another machine needs it, they need their own licence.

If these terms are broken

Redistributing or sharing a product is a breach of this licence and of copyright law. As well as having your licence revoked without a refund, you may be exposed to legal action, including claims for damages, an injunction, and recovery of legal costs. Each product download is tied to your purchase and unauthorised copies are traceable, so infringement can be identified and pursued.
